Never say no to a glass of fruits smootie. My children often request two glasses with mango since we have a lot of them in the kitchen. I usually add banana and orange for extra taste and it turns out very good - always.
Ingredients:
1 large mango
2 bananas
1 orange
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup natural yogurt
12 ice cubes
Directions:
Prepare the fruits into pieces as shown in the photo above. Put orange and ice cubes at the bottom of the blender and then the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth and serve.
