Chumreap-suor! That's "How do you do?" in Khmer language. Thank you for stopping by. My name is Suorsdey Richter, families and friends usually call me Su. I am Cambodian almost German of Vietnamese ancestry. A Forestry Science graduate, 27, 28 years old and a wife to a wonderful husband and a Mum to our two lovely children. A SUOR-iously funny person but that may change if you touch my last chocolate. :-) Writing, working with Pre-Kindergarten children, Radio broadcasting, football, crafting, travelling, outdoor activities, photography and anything home and family are my passions. I also love to cook and bake, so does my husband so we often have main meals and desserts plus so much fun.

About This Blg: A little look-back, I became a member on Blogger in 2012 but I must admit that back then I hadn't have much ideas about blogging. A friend of mine recommended and encouraged me to use it because they know I love writing. I set up one very basic account and started to write . Obviously without any clear intention, in fact, it was just to put out what was running in my head. And I had a two-year-old and a four-month-old children at that time around so it wasn't actually the exact right time. After five ambiguous posts, I left Blogger totally for nearly two years before growing to understand more about it and pack my belongings and back on the blogging road again.

In this blog, I'll be sharing with readers some highlights, informations, experiences about my homeland Cambodia. As well as homecook recipes, craft ideas, photos, some entertainments, own life and family experiences - life in general. One more thing, to use a terrible metaphor, I want to be a robber (don’t ring the police yet) to rob the words off the mouth of other Cambodians who share similar life story or sit on the same boat as me but can't or don’t speak (whatever reasons they have) on things like being married to foreigner, leaving home country to settle in a foreign land, raising bi- or tri- or in my case, quadrilingual children, various hooplas we encounter whether it is with life, relationship or emotion.
I hope I can be a help big or small in some ways, some how and that you may find something interesting and/or useful within this blog.
English is my second language so do forgive me for any grammatical and vocabulary errors. Also I am not a profi-blogger so my blog isn't and will never be perfect. Thanks to everyone who provides free fonts and small designs as well as ideas/tutorials/tricks on the web to help editing the HTML, the CSS, the templates etc. which have been helpful to me and the blog.

Welcome to my blog space!
Ta,

S Xx
